Parents love to have a baby book for their newborn baby, but what do you do when you adopt? You have a precious story to tell and lots of memories to record but its a different journey than having a birth child. For adoptive parents, there is the My Family, My Journey: A Baby Book for Adoptive Families. This book has places for all of the important milestones of your adoption.  There are sections like, "The Story of Your Adoption", "Our Journey to You, "Our First Meeting", pages to remember your first 12 months as a family, and more.

Every adoption story is different so no book will be a perfect match for every adoption story. Other books such as My Foster Care Journey: A foster/adoption lifebook and Adoption Lifebook: A Bridge to Your Child's Beginnings (international adoption) may be a better fit. These books would be a great gift for an adoptive family to help show that you're a super adoption supporter. They can all be found on Amazon.com for $10-$12.
