Breakfast - PB & Banana Yogurt Smoothie

This super yummy & nutritious recipe is adapted from Prevention.com (a flat belly diet recipe):

Combine the following in a blender:

2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c plain yogurt
1/2 banana
sweetener (optional)
ice cubes
