Payment Policy

This payment policy is in regards to the products we sell in our store, including our custom woodworking products.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa & MasterCard, with more to come soon.

Your card is charged when you place your order.

You may also pay with check or money order. Your order will not be shipped until the check or money order has cleared. When you submit your order an email will be sent to you with your order details and total. Please print off this page and send it in with your payment. Please also be sure to include your phone number so that we can contact you with any questions.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at All Things For Mom! Never return a product without notifying us first. Different products and situations will lead to different steps to handling the issue. Some products may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer or to our affiliates. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Insurance and delivery confirmation are highly recommended.

Orders from our store

If an item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 30 days of your order and it will be replaced at no cost to you. If just one component of the item is missing or can be replaced we will send that to you. You may need to provide proof of damage. If the item is damaged in shipping we may ask for your help in documenting the damaged item to the shipping company.

If you would like to return a product, you can do so as long as you notify us within 30 days of your order. It must be in its original packaging and condition. No exceptions. The items returned must be postmarked within 10 days of notifying us of your intent to return the item. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee and be responsible for return shipping on all returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Insurance and delivery confirmation are highly recommended.

Amish Woodworking Orders

We can not accept returns on Amish Woodworking orders.  If there is a defect in craftsmanship we will repair or replace at our cost as long as we are notified within 30 days of receipt of purchase. The customer is responsible for making sure they ordered the right product; including size, color etc.  We will not accept returns due to a customer's mistake in the ordering process.  Therefore, please take this opportunity to make sure you order the right item.  If you didn't, we are more than happy to work with you to get it fixed.   If the item is damaged in shipping we may ask for your help in documenting the damaged item to the shipping company.

Stain finish samples as presented on this website will vary by computer screen. Also, the stain on the finished piece will vary by type of wood, grain of wood, and application method. We do not claim and can not guarantee that the samples will 100% match your finished piece.

Affiliate Orders

All products not identified as an ATFM Product are affiliate products and deals offered through a third party site. All Products purchased directly from our affiliates must be returned to that affiliate. Please see their website for their specific return policy and information.

Warranty Period

We are an authorized dealer of all the products we sell. In the rare case that a product has a defect, we will replace the defect part or whole product at no cost as long as it is within the manufacturer's warranty period. Proof of defect may be required.
