Material : MDF - the wood is supplied domestically by a lumber mill in Montana that practices sustainable timber farming. The sawdust and scrap material created by this process is ground down and picked up by local dairy farmers who use the material as bedding for their cattle. The blank items are then hand sanded and moved into the finishing department.  Screen printing techniques similar to that practiced in the T-Shirt industry are used to lay down the various colors in the design. The final pieces are assembled and packaged by hand and ready for shipment.
