Party favors have never been so wicked!
At first glance these cute little witches hats just look like part of your party décor, but peel off the bottom and you’ll find a surprise hidden inside!
So much fun!
Here’s how to make them...
You’ll need:
- Paper in your choice of colors (feel free to mix and match patterns)
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun and double-sided tape
- Embellishments (we used paper, ribbon and buttons)
- Treats to hide inside
Instructions:
Make a paper cone using this template.
Trace a 6-inch circle onto a piece of paper and tear the shape out. Repeat so you have two circles.
Place the cone in the center of one circle and trace it. Cut slits from the center of the circle to the edges of the traced lines, and fold the pieces back.
Apply double-sided tape or glue to the outside cut pieces. Fit the cut pieces into the base of the cone and press to adhere.

Embellish the cone however you’d like.
For these cones, I used Halloween ribbon around the base and created some paper rosettes to dress up the hats. Buttons in Halloween colors added a fun touch.

Once you’ve got your hats all dressed up, it’s time to fill them with goodies!

Hot glue the second circle onto the base of the hat and you’re all set!

Use these little favors at each place setting to dress up your party table, or display them in a group on a favor table to make a wicked-cool décor statement, then watch your guests light up with delight when they find the treats waiting for them inside!
